Items Not Subject to Refund Non-ring engraved jewelery pieces can't be returned. Rings with Ketox Jewelery engraving can be credited back; engraving fees are, however, non-refundable. Engravings on exchanged or resized rings can be removed for free with no extra charges. Diamonds bought as a component of our Ketox Jewelery Diamond Upgrade Scheme aren't returnable for credit but are exchangeable within the 30-day period. Special orders are final sales and ineligible for returns or swaps. Shipping costs aren't refundable. Returns without a Ketox Jewelery RMA will be denied upon arrival.
