Our Commitment to You

  • Our dedication to our valued customers extends beyond the point of delivery. We allow items to be returned or swapped within a 30-day period from the time they were shipped, without any cost and no questions asked.

Ketox Jewellery Return Policy

  • We grant returns for either refund or exchange within a 30-day period post shipping from our center. On receiving your return request, we'll send a fully insured, complimentary shipping label within a single business day.  Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is essential for all returns. Obtain your RMA by following the steps below.
  • It's essential that items are in their initial purchase state to be eligible for return, inclusive of all associated documentation, and should be shipped back to us within the 30-day window.
  • We suggest returning the original piece for a refund and creating a fresh order for speedy exchanges.
  • Should your delivered item or package come damaged, please reject the shipment or immediately reach out to us at +91 7698520122. Retain all packaging unless instructed otherwise by Ketox Jewellery. Immediate reporting or within five days of order receipt is essential for claims on damaged or missing items. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Items Not Subject to Refund

  • Non-ring engraved jewellery pieces can't be returned. Rings with Ketox Jewellery engraving can be credited back; engraving fees are, however, non-refundable. Engravings on exchanged or resized rings can be removed for free with no extra charges.
  • Diamonds bought as a component of our Ketox Jewellery Diamond Upgrade Scheme aren't returnable for credit but are exchangeable within the 30-day period.
  • Special orders are final sales and ineligible for returns or swaps.
  • Shipping costs aren't refundable.
  • Returns without a Ketox Jewellery RMA will be denied upon arrival. Returns with absent paperwork or product won't be processed.

Non-Resizable Products

  • Certain products, including specific diamond and gemstone eternity rings, some silver rings, or rings with materials like Tungsten, can't be resized. Ensure accurate size selection during purchase. For size help, contact our customer support or use our online sizing tool.

Global Returns

  • Return packages via alternative carriers might attract additional shipping costs. Ketox Jewellery reserves the right to bill your credit card for any incurred fees upon package receipt.
For Chinese orders, the 30-day period commences on the order receipt date.

Initiating a Return or Swap

The process to return a product to Ketox Jewellery is outlined below:
  • Choose your carrier and commence your return. If within 30 days, a free FedEx label will be emailed once the return is initiated. If returning post-30 days, use your chosen carrier. Every return requires a clearly written RMA number on the exterior of the returning box.
  • For individual pieces valued below $2,000 intended for refunds within the 30-day period, use our Online Returns portal. For products above $2,000 and items intended for exchanges, repairs, or resizing, call a Ketox Jewellery Diamond and Jewellery Specialist at +91 7698520122.
  • Ensure secure packaging in the original materials. For returns intended for refunds or exchanges, include any diamond grading documents or appraisals. Diamond grading documents aren't necessary for repairs or resizes.

After the return is received, our processing times vary. For expected refunds, the bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect the funds.

If a shipment is expected in return, a confirmation email will be sent the day the outbound shipment is made.
