On receiving your return request, we'll send a fully insured, complimentary shipping label within a single business day. Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is essential for all returns. Items Not Subject to Refund Non-ring engraved jewelery pieces can't be returned. Rings with Ketox Jewelery engraving can be credited back; engraving fees are, however, non-refundable. Engravings on exchanged or resized rings can be removed for free with no extra charges. Diamonds bought as a component of our Ketox Jewelery Diamond Upgrade Scheme aren't returnable for credit but are exchangeable within the 30-day period. Special orders are final sales and ineligible for returns or swaps. Shipping costs aren't refundable. Returns without a Ketox Jewelery RMA will be denied upon arrival. Returns with absent paperwork or product won't be processed. Non-Resizable Products Certain products, including specific diamond and gemstone eternity rings, some silver rings, or rings with materials like Tungsten, can't be resized. If within 15 days, a free FedEx label will be emailed once the return is initiated. If returning post-15 days, use your chosen carrier.
